• 

  Step 1

  Using your needle nose pliers tear the plasic away from the spools of ribbon inside. Roll the tape in a loose ball.

• Step 2

  The ribbon is your yarn so to speak. Begin by crocheting 10 single crochets (size to fit your cell phone etc.) Slip stitch toghether to form a circle. Crochet in a continuous circle working up. (single crochet in each single crochet space) slip stitch-chain one continue pattern checking for size as you go. Tape three long pieces of ribbon to a table or counter then braid. Tie a knot at each end before you remove the ribbon. Pass this through the double crochet space at the top to create a space for your braided ribbon-pull close and adjust when you use your cozy.

• Step 3

  Turn inside out then single crochet the bottom together.

  As you crochet try to keep your crochet loose so the tape will remain in a ribbon

• Step 4

  Surprise!! Great cushion protection-strong and close to elegant.
