Carrot Cupcakes

Based on Carrot Cupcakes by Kate S.
Made some heart shaped carrot cakes for my fella for valentine's day :-)I made them by baking a big cake and cutting out the hearts with a cookie cutter, i put the cream cheese frosting on top of the cake but i also cut them in half and glued them back together with the frosting :-)
My fella loves this recipe, says its the best carrot cake he's ever had :-)so if you like carrot cake you should definatly try it :0)
