• 

  Step 1

  Heat the stock up.

  Add the lentils.

  Cook for 15 mins until the lentils are softened.

• 

  Step 2

  Add the grated garlic & ginger to the pot.

  Allow to cook for a few mins.

• 

  Step 3

  Grate the leek & add to the pot.

  Cook for a few mins.

• 

  Step 4

  Grate the carrot.

  Add to the pot.

  Cook until all vegetables are cooked through.

• 

  Step 5

  Serve with crusty bread.
