Step 1Find a small carpet (bath-mat, tiny area-mat)

Step 2Fold in half.

Step 3Sew (with a machine) about 2 cm's away from the left and right sides. The bottom is already folded over, so you only have to sew 2 of 3 sides.

Step 4Turn inside out.

Step 5Put on strap.
[I had an already made strap, with 2 clips on the ends, but you could just sew on a belt, etc.]

Step 6Attach bows, buttons, etc.

Step 7Wear with pride. :] & Enjoy.
