A different take on caramel cake or millionaire shortcake.

It tastes a like a mix of Crumb Cake & caramel cake.

Tastes really nice.

    Heat oven 180 degrees.

    Topping...

    Mix together flour, cinnamon & sugar.

    Rub butter in to make breadcrumbs.

    Add water & bring together.

    Wrap dough in cling film & freeze for 30 mins.

    Cream butter & sugar together.

    Fold in the flours.

    Press into a tin.

    Bake for 10 mins.

    Filling...

    Heat all ingredients together until it thickens & changes colour.

    Pour over the base.

    Grate the topping over the caramel.

    Bake for 10-15 mins.

    Allow to cool completely.
