Burlesque Bustle Skirt

my version of the burlesque skirt. (I'm the taller one.) I need a pic of it from the back, but you get the idea. Quick, easy, and fun to wear. Only made a few changes- I didn't round the corners for the ruffles, partially because of lack of time, mostly because I hate hemming curves. Also, I actually went ahead and made the full skirt a seperate piece with an elastic waistband, so that the ruffles are completely removable and can be used with other outfits. Perfect for my steampunk outing with my sister in law.
