Based on Burlesque Bustle Skirt by Becca K.
It's a bad photo, and not nearly as good as the original poster's but I love this skirt! I didn't add any lace and ended up breaking a needle or two trying to machine sew the last bunches. I pinned up the front of the skirt to make it sexier so the bustle came out longer than the actual skirt itself. It came out beautifully! <3
