Based on Brown Sugar Oatmeal Soap by KMOM14
I made this soap, using brown sugar and a random white bar of soap, and it came out smelling so good!
I used a blender to make the oats smaller, and it worked really well.
I gave my boyfriend a bar and he absolutely loved it!
I also suggest cutting open bags of scented tea and adding those in too! so nummy! <3
