I did the same thing as juneybuguu suggested but instead of 2 tablespoons of milk I cut it in half and filled the other half with cool green tea. The idea for that came from a different "How-to" on here suggesting that green tea was a great toner, hey why not?

I'm not entirely sure. I just go by what seems right. Usually 3 tbsps Brown sugar to a 1/2 tbsp of milk.
