buy cheap old wedding dress from second hand store. take a pair of scissors to the hip area as high as you want it. Staple it open as wide as you desire. Hang it outside and toss paint all over the bottom edge. Let Dry! Put on your fishnet hose, your combat boots, a fake tattoo and blonde hair. All Tiff'd out! Dont forget to steal your boyfriends leather jacket to seal the deal :D

I never could get ahold of a Tiff necklace either but after I busted my arse bleaching my hair I figured I had made the effort LOL.
