Bake a batch of Lego brick burgers with natural colours!

Step 1Whisk together the flour, yeast and sugar in your bread machine or a bowl.

Step 2Create a well in the middle and add the warm water, olive oil and egg.

Step 3Mix into a thick dough and leave to rise for two hours until the dough has doubled in size.

Step 4Separate the dough between three bowls.

Step 5To make the natural dyes, dissolve the turmeric in a little warm water for yellow, beetroot powder for red and matcha powder for green.

Step 6Pour the dyes over each ball of dough.

Step 7Knead in until the dough has an even colour.

Step 8Grease a Lego cake mould.

Step 9Divide the dough into two balls and place into the mould. Leave to rise for another hour and bake at 200C for 15 - 20 minutes until risen.

Step 10Slice off the bottoms of the buns, slice in half and serve with your favourite burger and toppings!
