    Step 3

In another bowl beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy,
you can use an electrical mixer or good ol' muscle power

When it looks like this add the beaten eggs, the lemon juice and the condensed milk

    Step 4

It will look like this after you add everything,
    kind of lumpy :[
try mixing ti well to reduce most of thr lumps

i was lazy i left it looking lumpy.

  • Step 5

Preheat your oven to about 300ºF (100ºC)

    Step 6

Now what you want to do is prepare the pan you're going to be cooking in

    Grease it well.

I wanted it to be easy to take the cakes out for the party, so i used a cupcake pan

  • How to bake a cheesecake. Blue Berry Swirl Cheese Cake. - Step 7
    Step 7

Now get the crumbs and press them firmly on to the bottom on your well greased pan

the isolated brown bottom cupcake hole is what it'll look like

  • How to bake a cheesecake. Blue Berry Swirl Cheese Cake. - Step 8
    Step 8

Now get your lumpy cheese mixture and pour is out the crumbs covering them entirely < not all the way, you just want to cover them with a thin layer>

  • How to bake a cheesecake. Blue Berry Swirl Cheese Cake. - Step 9
    Step 9

Grab your pie filling, i used blueberry,
and pour half of the can covering the cheesy mixture

  • How to bake a cheesecake. Blue Berry Swirl Cheese Cake. - Step 10
    Step 10

Grab your knife, or a toothpick in this case,
and create swirls with the cheese and blueberry mixture

you want to only swirl these two things, NOT the crumbs on the bottom

  • Step 11

Pour the rest of the cheese mixture on top, and repeat with the swirls.

Add more blue berry filling on top if you wish, i used the rest of the can and didn't bother saving anymore.

  • Step 12

I also don't like the rippled effect, so i covered the top with the cheese mixture

  • How to bake a cheesecake. Blue Berry Swirl Cheese Cake. - Step 13
    Step 13

Now you wanna Bake the cake at 300ºF (100ºC) for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.

  • Step 14

Take it out of the oven, cool it and then served chilled

  • Step 15

Now if you bothered saving some of your filling, you can add the water, or orange liqueur and mix it.

You can then serve the cake with the sauce on the side :]

    I personally don't prefer this

    Step 16

    and TAA-DAA

    Instant <not really...> LOVE/BEST-FEELING-EVER- in your mouth

normal people call it cheesecake, i believe in giving it the proper respect it deserves :D

this is the mess it left behind... :]

Protip: When cooking, put in an oven safe dish of water to prevent cracking.

Also, leave out the cream cheese for about 3-4 hours before you actually make the dish. It helps with the lumps not being there.

Soooo delicious Happy I made this for my friend's birthday and it was awesome.
