• 

  Step 1

  STEP ONE
  

  Pick out a light colored base color polish and a darker top color and coordinating foil tape. Your also going to need a fast dry top coat.

  Step 2

  STEP TWO
  

  Apply oil or lotion to your nails and then press back your cuticles and file down your tips to the shape you want

• 

  Step 3

  STEP THREE
  

  Apply two coats of your base color, clean up any stray polish

• 

  Step 4

  STEP FOUR
  

  De sticky your tape a bit by sticking it on your pants first before working with it. Then cut the strips into random stripes and triangles.

  Step 5

  STEP FIVE
  

  Apply 2-3 strips in diagonal patterns to your nails

• 

  Step 6

  STEP SIX
  

  Apply a coat of the darker color, immediatly remove the tape and try to just work one nail at a time.

• 

  Step 7

  STEP SEVEN
  

  After the darker color is totally dry apply the nail foil tape along the edges of the darker polish.

• 

  Step 8

  STEP EIGHT
  

  Apply two coats of top coat and voila, your ready to rock
