Step 1
In a large bowl, mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic cloves,olives and basil until mixed all together.
Step 2
Pour in the olive oil and the white wine vinegar and mix.
Place the mix onto a slice of baguette and serve cold on a hot summer's day.
