Who says bento is only for lunch time?
I made these for a Stay-at-Home date night with my hubby.

I cut the ice cream sandwich in half at an angle to make the hearts.

For my hubby's, I hulled and sliced the strawberries to make the hearts (slicing the V deeper, or the top flat, to look more like a heart). Then I drizzled cold chocolate syrup from a squeeze bottle(cold pours slower and is easier to control) on top and placed the last strawberry heart on top.

For mine, I hulled and 'eighthed' the strawberries to make the starburst effect. Then I made spirals with the cold chocolate syrup over the starbursts and an upside down heart at the bottom. (I've practiced making chocolate syrup shapes before on wax paper. The trick is not to squeeze the bottle, but let it pour out on it's own.)

You may need to eat these with a fork, since the chocolate syrup and the melting ice cream sandwiches get messy fast.
