Step 1
Gather your supplies. I searched for sea shells last time I was at the beach. I also picked up some beachy colored paints and a frame at Michaels for pretty cheap!
Step 2
Paint your frame.
Step 3
Arrange the shells. When your happy with the arrangement, start gluing!
Step 4
Put in your favorite beach picture and enjoy!
