Step 1Buy a cheap ankle-length skirt. You can usually find them at a decent price at Good-will or Salvation army.

Step 2Usually they'll have a short slit on one side,for leg usage I cut the slits higher up to just under my hip area.

Step 3Next you'll want to hem the skirt. That is if its not too long. You want it to be about an inch and a half above your ankles so you don't trip when running.

Step 4Then along the seams you cut, pin that.

Step 5Sew!

Step 6Ta da! You're done! Go out and fighT!
