Step 1Heat oven 190/375 degrees.
Mix all sauce ingredients together.
Set aside.

Step 2Beat egg & coat chicken.

Step 3Mix all breading ingredients together in a bag.

Step 4Coat the chicken in the flour mixture.
Place onto a tray.

Step 5Sprinkle or spray with a little oil.
Bake for 25 mins until cooked through & golden brown.
