Step 1
1. Peel and devein shrimp, butterfly it as well (keep tails on)
2. Chop and mince cilantro and jalapenos
3. Mix crab meat, cilantro, jalapeno, avocado, s&p, and lemon juice (not too much lemon juice you do not want to watery)
4. Stuff shrimp and wrap in bacon (make sure nice and tight so stuffing stays inside)
5. Grill or broil in oven (brush oil on shrimp)'til nice and crispyNote: All ingredients depend on how many shrimp you are using, you can also add some cream cheese to the mix.
