I didn't hem it because it was a little on the short side once I made it into a dress. The easiest way in my opinion to create a dress like this if you don't know pattern-making (luckily I do) is to find a one shoulder dress at a thrift store that's your size and cut it apart to make a pattern. Hope that helps

for at least the past 3 months i've been trying to decide WHAT to do with this huge orange shirt that's actually really cute, and I absolutely lovelovelove! your dress-shirt here! i would totally buy that if i saw it in a store. did you hem it, or leave it cut? and did you fit it and if so how?
