Based on Yo Yo Headband by ay*lee*sha
This project was super simple to do. Make a few "yoyos" in some left over fabric from another project and hot glue them to a headband. I bought 4 headbands at wal-mart for $1 and used fabric scraps. I did this whole project while watching tv....it was THAT simple :)
