This is Angelina as Lara Croft. A co-worker loves this drawing because he is an Angelina fan, but I'm not too proud of it. Something's missing, well I think so anyway. And also my scanner didn't pick up the colors so well, the original looks better.

I think it came out great! What's missing? Many artists on that never ending quest for perfection with their craft are very hard on themselves. They do not see that it's the vision not perfection. I think you've done a beautiful job.
