Step 1Sautee celery and onions in olive oil.

Step 2Add the chicken broth and stir.

Step 3Add the bay leaf and heat.

Step 4Peel and chop the potato. Add it to the pot and cook until it is soft.

Step 5Cut the chicken into chunks. Remove the bay leaf from the pot and add the chicken and corn. Heat until finished.
