    Step 1

    Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda in to a mixing bowl.

    Beats together the butter and sugar and then beat in the eggs.

    Add the flour mixture in to the egg mixture and beat until well mixed.

    Place in small mounds on to grease proof paper on a baking tray, sprinkle with sugar and cook for 15 minutes at 350°.

These are amazing! I just made them and omg yum! I used just one tsp vanilla, and 3.5 tsp of amaretto syrup, it turned out yummy yummy =D
and boy did them expand when they cooked!
This recipe is great!
