At the end of the 14 repetitions, sew together the beginning and ending of the knitted piece, taking care
to match the stitch motif.
I-Cord finishing ( for both sides of the circumference)
Pick up 196 sts along the side of the circumference (from the chain formed by the slipped stitches at the
beginning of every row).
I-Cord: Facing the RS, cast on 3 stitches at the left needle using the Backward Loop Method.
*Knit 2 stitches, SSK, slip 3 stitches from right needle to left needle and repeat
from* including working the last picked up stitch..
You will have 3 stitches on right needle. Slip them to the left needle and Slip 1, K2tog and pass the
slipped stitch over. Break the yarn leaving 10” tail.
Finishing
Weave in all ends.
