A mint chocolate dessert cocktail
This martini combines Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur with chocolate liqueur for a dessert cocktail which tastes just like an After Eight chocolate.

Step 1Before you begin, crush some mint imperials with a mortar and pestle.

Step 2Dampen the edge of a short glass with water and dab in the crushed mints to line the rim.

Step 3Add ice and add the Kendal Mint Cake Liqueur.

Step 4Add the Mozart chocolate liqueur.

Step 5Mix well and serve.
