1 hour Cinnamon Rolls Easy to make.
Tastes amazing.
Dough...
Mix together the milk, yeast & 1 tbsp sugar.
Leave to sit for 5 mins.
Mix together 3 cup flour, remaining sugar & salt.
Combine the yeast & flour mixtures together.
Add egg & oil.
Knead on low for 5 mins.
Add 2 tbsp at a time to form a soft, sticky dough that pulls away from the bowl.
Rest for 5 mins.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
Filling...
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Spread the butter on the dough.
Sprinkle with sugar & Cinnamon over the butter.
Roll up & cut into Rolls.
Bake for 20 mins
Frosting...
Beat together butter & cream cheese.
Add vanilla, lemon juice & corn syrup.
Mix in the icing sugar until a thick spreadable consistency.
Spread over Rolls.
Serve.
