How did you find CO+K and why did you join?
I was doing a google search actually, trying to find a tutorial on....come to think of it, I don't even remember. I do remember being AMAZINGLY distracted. I used to troll craftster.org but I HATE their layout. CO&K was an automatic win for me.
What projects are you currently working on?
I recently found tons and tons of free printable sewing patterns on-line for garments, bags, softies, you name it. So I've been making prototypes of some of them. I'm also learning new knotting tricks and macrame fanciness.

What does your craft space look like?
My craft space also happens to be my everything space, or maybe just the very small amount of space that isn't already taken up in my bedroom considering I'm always at least half crafting. Its no more than a 4 square foot area in my room but I'm actually very proud of it. I don't have a desk, but I do have some scrap countertop, some drawers, a drafting table (with no legs) and some shelving. So I Macgyvered it all together with some hardware and a level. The picture should help. Its so cluttered but I love it.
Which tool or craft supply do you use the most?
Painter's tape (the best tape of ever). String (lotsa string). And fabric of course
What do you craft along to?
I always, ALWAYS have some kind of noise going on in the background when I start making stuff. I just started using Spotify, most fantastic internet radio, seriously, if you've never heard of it you should look it up. Or Archer, I'll put all the seasons on my computer on loop and just let 'em play. That show never gets old for me

Favorite Craft
I'm a seamstress at heart. But I can Macra-make stuff all day. You'd be amazed the things that happen after a couple hundred thousand knots or so. Bracelets are my favourite, although I don't wear them. They're made to be given away.
Heather's Top Crafts
If you could learn one new craft or make anything, what would it be?
Resin casting I think...I have the stuff I've just gotta work up the courage to make that mess, I really want to start making plugs for gauged ears. I'm up to a 00 now which means I'm down to 1 pair of tunnels.
Who are your crafting heroes?
My family. Definitely. Everyone in my family does something crafty. My Mom and my Grandma knit and crochet, not to mention my Mom taught me how to sew. My Dad is a woodworker, My older sister does, or has tried, nearly every craft I think. Even my younger sister does.
