ergh the libary still hasn't gotten those books in yet but I just started reading "Strays" by someone I cant seen to remeber at the moment.
Umm I'll have to think about this..umm girls pants on guys and guys shirt on girls (the flanelettes (sp)) are the most recent thing I've noticed, btw I'm from Perth, Western Australia.
I've been crafting as long as I can remeber. It took me ages to figure out that some people didn't craft/didn't enjoy crafting! None of my friends or family are interested in it, but my mum can sew really well. During art in primary school it alway bugged me that people didn't put effort into their project when I spent hours on mine. In highschool now Shivi's the only person that I know that "crafts" but a few friends like drawing so i guess it's kind of spread a little bit, epecially now DIY is becoming really fashinable.
haha China was hilarious! we got locked out of our room three times!
The night that shiv's bag got stolen, I broke the safe in our room with all our passports and money in it, it was midnight and we were leaving really early in the morning for Jinan! Eventualy some of the hotel staff broke into it and we got our stuff but just after the men left we locked ourselves out of the room! So it was about one in the morning by then and shivi and I were lying in the hotel hallway in histerics, before we went down to the receptionist in our PJ's (I think we had barefeet too) and evetually got back in. In a weird kind of way that was one of the most entertaining days.
Oh and we, well it was me really, broke the hairdryer and had to bash my luggage locks open with an alarm clock and on the last day there I lost my shoe on the Great wall of China coming down on the chairlift, I had to walk round the rest of the day in one shoe and one sock! The shops people were staring and laughing at me and asking if I wanted to buy shoes
Hmm I rmmeber I took a little koala off a pencil and the spare buttons on clothes (you know the little ones in a plastic bag?)
I always fel so guilty afterwards.
I like shopping, especially at thrift stores, excep when they're busy. Crowds freak me out and I start panicking. I also don't like the assistents that come up to you as soon as you enter the store and ask if you need any help, I know they're only being helpful but I feel insulted all most like I'm to dumb to shop on my own. I know it's completly irrational.
I've just have to finish it up but i have no time for the next three days and then I'm going to China for 2 weeks ergh, poor Jenna she's going to have to wait ages unless i do some serious time manergment (sp)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY SUGAR, have a great day
making my own patterns
crochet
patchwork
Do you think I should post a pic of my crow?
wow, I cant believe you've finished already !
I've made a list of books i want to read including quite a lot from this board. Out of 35 books I can only find 5 in the libary and 1 or 2 on the records there but they have gone missing. Any ideas where else I can track down these books?
THe only thing I dislike is that it really hard to find stuff that fits at thift stores but I love the jewlery there.
