Newbie!!
Hi guys I have just purchased a very basic seeing machine and id like to try my hand at making some clothes. Is there any easy free patterns any of you guys can recommend for someone very new to sewing thanks in advance guys xxx
I meant sewing machine not seeing machine!!
Look for tutorials on here. Pretty much anything you can sew is available on here for free as a tutorial.
Circle skirts are a good basic, require some small amount of maths, but I got through that so anyone can
The thing I find easiest is to use something already in your wardrobe that you like the shape of and copy the pattern (don't forget to leave yourself seam allowance when drawing round your item of clothing)
Hello, I have used these tutorials and loved them. I bought a machine about a year ago and have not taken classes but have been able to do great things with some of these tuts:

Be patient and follow your rhythm! Use cheap fabrics at first!! hahaha
Good luck!
Restyling clothes by adding embellishments and altering thrift store clothes is a fun place to start. When I first began sewing I was altering thrift store clothes and quickly began making custom bell bottoms for friends. It's a lot of fun and you can get thrift clothes on the cheap. Have fun with it!
