You Will Need

Step 1
Basically all you do is collect pictures you want on your head band. You put a layer of Mod Podge (using the paint brush) on the head band and you stick pictures on. When you like how it looks you put a top layer of Mod Podge on top of the pictures and when it is dry you trim the edges of the head band. Thats basically all... easy as pie :)
