  Step 1

  Step 3

  Place your feather where you want them to be.
  If you're putting the both feathers together, you can tie them up using a thread so they don't move or wobble.

  Step 4

  Cut out a piece of ribbon.
  Tie a bow with the ribbon.
  Take another smaller ribbon and make a bow. Add as much as ribbons you want. It really looks nicer with lots of ribbons.

  Step 5

  Place the ribbons where you want them to be.
  Sew the ribbons with the tissue fabric piece.

  Step 6

  Take a button of your choice and place it on the middle of the fluffy flower. I placed it on the middle to cover the ribbon knots.

• 

  Step 7

  Take the hair band.
  Use hot glue to stick the piece we made earlier with the hair band.

• 

  Step 8

  IT'S READY!
