It is really creamy to drink.

Step 1Whisk together the egg yolks, sugar & salt until light & fluffy.

Step 2Add in the milk, cream, vanilla & nutmeg.

Step 3Whisk the egg whites until form soft peaks.
-
Step 4Fold the egg whites into the cream mixture.
-
Step 5Pour into a serving jug & refrigeratorate.

Step 6Serve with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
