• 

  Step 1

  start with the dough

  I used the whole wheat kind, you can go with white

  place on a pan (not greased) and unroll the roll of dough

  make into squares, then into triangles

• 

  Step 2

  add the cheese

  I used cheddar, and again...use any cheese

• 

  Step 3

  now a layer of spinage, or lettuce....

• 

  Step 4

  now take one end and roll them up

• 

  Step 5

  pop into oven

  12 minutes at 350

• 

  Step 6

  remove and let cool
