About

Hi and Hello. My name is Amy, I'm married, and have a wonderful 2 yr old named Khili (pronounced Key-lee). I like making her things to put up in her room, and I can't wait till she gets older so we can make stuff together.
I crochet alot. I'm just learning how to use a sewing machine, it's so quick I love it. I've always been crafty with things, be it making cards for holidays, or doing extravagant braids in peoples hair.
I love co+k I have learned so much from the projects.

hey there ^^ I´ve added a link to a website with free chrochet flower pattern on my project..Maybe this helps you a little bit.Yesterday I chrochet a little heart and a cherry by using a video tutorial on youtube.. there are so many little chrochet Tutorials, and they helped me a lot..because they were not written in this difficult chorching-speech ;)
By the way.. sorry for my bad english ^^ *g*

oh and when it comes to sewing two bits together, do it inside out so you get a nice clean seam...although sometimes it looks cool to have the stitches on the outside Happy

Well sewing is like anything else that you have to do with you hands, gets better with practice, I don't have a sewing machine so only hand sew, the best thing is to look up some of the stitches and then practice on scraps of material..google 'running stitch' 'back stitch' 'chain stitch' and 'blanket stitch', those are good stitches to learn first you can do lots with them Happy

It doesn't really stain much if you wash it off your skin right away, or if your using it on your skin as make up then you should probley add a little bit of vaseline on your skin to protect it. It left a little bit of a purplish stain after I took it off but it still washed off pretty easily.

Thanks for welcoming me! I haven't been on lately so I just got all of the comments, I just recently was told to read the book "Twilight" and now I'm sucked into the series.
