just fit the neckline under your arms, sew the sleeves shut, and viola
Saw the shirt in a record store and finally did something with it. It didn't turn out with much form, I might put in a runner stitch or a casing under the bustline to pull it tighter and insure that I don't still look like a boy in a dress in it.
