You Will Need

Step 1Cut your T-shirt, just where the sleeves start (or according to the size you want your skirt)

Step 2
make a small cut in the hem of the shirt
-
Step 3cut another small piece of fabric to make ribbons
-
Step 4Put the tape on the hem and voila, your skirt is finished!!!
