Inspired by Joe Bagley
This is a papercutting that I did for a Dia de los Muertos swap on Craftster.org
I found the image through Yahoo but had to do a little tweaking to fix the flourishes under the eyes.
I started cutting from the inside out and stowed the cut-outs (the eyes, nose, mustache and chin pieces) in an envelope for later.
When I finished cutting, I picked a background paper and positioned everything, glued it down and let it dry overnight.
Later, I put it in the frame, packed it up and sent it off.

I am definitely going to do another to keep for myself!
