Tastey Pesto
My mother had suggested using Spinach instead of Basil in Pesto, my sister switched it up with Walnuts.

Step 1Wash a lot of Spinach!

Step 2Chop up some walnuts

Step 3Mince some Garlic (or use a handy dandy garlic press!)

Step 4Toss the ingredients into a blender or food processor

Drizzle in some Olive Oil (I also added just a bit of water)
Add some Salt and Pepper to taste

Step 6Blend away! Until it reaches a nice pureed consistency!

Step 7
Mix it with some Pasta, or use it as spread on a burger, or anything else you can think to put it on...
