Based on Rock 'N' Roll Ruffle Skirt by Thera Joyce
Cool! I just finished it, didn't take long, but I did take my time over the course of a few days. Turned a pair of uncomfortable, unflattering jeans that were barely worn into something I'd abuse daily! I skipped the hemming of the ruffles, did zig-zag stitch to reduce fraying, its just brand new right now I'm positive the unkempt hemming will be fine!
