  I had a beautiful red wig i wanted to get some use out of, so i bought a cheap green taffeta corset and found a skirt for my shop.
  I took apart a few stems of the fake ivy you can get. I took the leaves on and sewed them on in sort of 'strings' onto the corset and skirt. I attached some flowers to the skirt waistband, made a choker with matching ivy and then took AGES and lots of needles to sew more ivy onto the leather boots... (my poor fingers lol)
  Hope you guys like it :) it was so much fun wearing it out. ;)

borrowed from my mum (who had never worn them) i put black fishnets over the top to make a 'trellis' effect. it also meant i could attach extra ivy leaves to the fishnets... and they wudnt rub against my leg because of the green tights underneath.
I couldnt tell you where they were from... i would possibly try a costume shop or somewhere that does halloween stuff maybe... dont know :/
