Plum Torte
Nice & easy to make.
This is a great easy desert to make.
You may need to add more sugar to the ingredients if the plum's are out of season & a little sour.

You Will Need

Step 1Cut the plum's in half & remove the stones.
Place cut side down in a pan.

Step 2Add the butter & sugar.

Step 3Heat on a low heat until the butter & sugar are melted & the plum's are softened.

Step 4Roll out the pastry.
Place on top of the fruit.

Step 5Place in the oven for approx 20-30 mins.
Until the pastry is cooked through & the top is golden brown.

Step 6Turn out onto a serving plate.

Step 7Serve the torte hot with vanilla ice cream.
