Chocolate pirate cake yaaaaaaar!
Pirate Cake made for my friend. It's not perfect but as a first attempt (made quickly before he came home) I'm pretty proud!
Chocolate cake carved into a ship and covered in Betty Crocker choc fudge icing.
Licorice laces and sweets for boards and port holes.
Twirl chocolate bar for the mast with edible paper held on by cocktail sticks as the sail.
Mikado sticks held together by icing for rails and a mikado stick with a circle of biscuit for the helm.
Little pirate, bottle of rum, cannon and treasure map made with royal icing. Treasure chest made with leftover cake filled with gold cake balls. Malteasers as cannon balls and half a bourbon biscuit as the plank.
Ice cream wafer stick for the bow spirit.
If only the coins were chocolate!!
