Oreo Cheesecake Bars
Nice & tasty.
I used white Oreos but you could easily use the dark chocolate or original ones.

Step 1Heat oven 325 degrees.
Crush 28 Oreo cookies.

Step 2Melt the butter.
Mix the crushed Oreos & butter together.
Press into a tray.
Bake for 10 mins then cool.

Break, crush or chop 14 Oreos.

Step 4Mix the cream cheese until soft.
Add the sugar & mix for approximately 2 mins.

Step 5Add the sour cream, vanilla & salt.
Mix well.

Step 6Add the eggs one at a time.
Mix well.

Fold in the Oreos.

Step 8Pour on top of the base & bake for 40 mins.
It should be still a little jiggly in the middle.
Cool completely.

Step 9cool completely then store in the fridge.

Step 10Cut & serve.
