Heavy loli skirt ready for the winter months
Things I learned from this project:
Shirring is horrible and can burn out your sewing machine..
A zip would be useful to get in and out of it.
High waisted skirts need boning to stand right.
There is such a thing as too high waisted.
This fabric frays bad.. >__>
