A classic rum, mint & prosecco cocktail
This sparkling cocktail combines Skipper Rum with fresh mint, simple syrup, lime bitters and prosecco for a touch of fizz.

You Will Need

Step 1Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the rum and simple syrup.

Step 2Squeeze n the juice from the lime.

Step 3Add a couple of dashes of bitters.

Step 4Add four mint leaves and muddle with the ice.

Step 5Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.

Step 6Top with prosecco.

Step 7Garnish with a fresh sprig of mint and serve.
