Step 1Place the pasta in a microwave safe jug with the water and heat in the microwave for around 7 minutes until cooked.

Step 2Pour our the excess water and place the cooked pasta in a mug.

Step 3Stir in the butter and soya milk.

Step 4Stir in the cheese.

Step 5Cook for a further 3 minutes until all the cheese has melted.

Step 6Add a drizzle of truffle oil and season with salt and pepper. Stir well and serve.
