This is easy to make & tastes great.
Serve it with boiled rice or noodles.

Step 1Fry the chicken in the oil.

Step 2Mix all other ingredients together except the corn flour.

Step 3Pour the sauce over the chicken.
Add the carrots & peppers

Step 4Simmer or 15 mins.

Step 5Mix corn flour with a little water.
Add to the chicken & stir to thicken the sauce.

Step 6Serve with rice/ noodles & sprinkle with sesame seeds.
