This is a great Cheesecake to make in advance.
The longer you can leave it to set up, the better it is.

You Will Need

Step 1Base...
Crush the biscuit.
Add the butter & vanilla.
Mix together.
Press into a tin. Set aside.

Step 2Butterscotch sauce...
Combine all ingredients in a pan.
Gently heat until the sugar has dissolved. (don't boil).
Set aside

Step 3Chocolate sauce...
Combine ingredients in a pan.
Gently heat until melted & combined.
Set aside.

Step 4
Filling...
Sprinkle the gelatine over the water, one spoon at a time, mix together & leave to cool.

Step 5Beat the cream cheese & sugar together until light & fluffy.

Step 6Whisk the cream until soft peaks.

Step 7Add the gelatine mixture to the cream & combine.

Step 8Mix the cream & cream cheese mixtures together.

Step 9Fold in the mars bars.

Step 10Spoon half the filling into the base.

Step 11Pour half the two sauces over the filling & marble it with a knife.

Step 12Pour over the remaining filling & top with the remaining sauces.
Marble again.

Step 13Refrigerate over night.
Top with some more chopped mars bars.
Serve.
