Honey & Ginger Loaf
Sweet honey & ginger loaf.
You could leave off the icing if you wish.

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Heat sugar & honey together until sugar crystals are dissolved.
Set aside.

Step 2Mix together the flour, bicar, baking powder, ginger & zest.

Step 3In a bowl mix together the oil, eggs, milk & vanilla.

Step 4Mix together the egg mixture & the sugar mixture.

Step 5Mix wet & dry ingredients together.

Step 6Pour into a tin.
Bake for 40-50 mins until cooked through.
Allow to cool completely.

Step 7Mix the icing ingredients together.
Pour over the loaf.
Sprinkle with zest.

Step 8Cut & serve.
